Call Boxes

The EKU Police Department monitors 57 call boxes placed in various locations on campus. Call boxes are easily located by the attached blue light. The call boxes can be used for emergency situations, directions and information, or requesting the evening shuttle or an escort.

Once the callbox is activated, an EKU Police Dispatcher will answer the call and provide assistance.  If there is no reply to the Dispatcher after the call box has been activated, an officer will be sent to check the area for a reason for the activation.
